The sales prices for homes with the same number of bedrooms were sorted the sales price from lowest to highest, so this graph gives a quick gauge of a home’s range of value.
A 3 bedroom home in average condition and location would sell for the median of about $1,250,000. One in the top 25% would sell for $1,500,000 or more.
