TPC (The Phone Company) is adding a new area code to the 510 region. It’s supposed to be at the end of the month, but I’ve noticed several calls on Verizon network (perhaps all networks) get a “Number not found” message now
So … if you get that error, add 510 prefix to the phone and the call will go through
