We represented the sellers of a home on San Lorenzo. The buyers (not our clients) were so impressed by what we did they referred us to family members who sold a home on Carmel, bought a home on Beverly, sold the home on Carmel, bought a home on Ordway, and sold their home on Beverly.
They, in turn, referred us to friends who bought a home on Miramar who asked us to sell their home when they relocated back east!
We later represented the San Lorenzo buyers when they bought a home on Thousand Oaks and then sold their home on San Lorenzo. And the Carmel buyers? They hired us to sell their home too!

When Jim and Nancy were ready to buy a home, the asked us to represent them. We learned that 670 Santa Rosa was coming back on the market … and sold it to them!
Jim and Nancy had to sell their San Francisco home first. We referred them to an excellent agent (we know wonderful agents all over the United States who took great care of them.
And the rest of the story? Andrea and Michael moved back to San Francisco … and introduced us to their cousin who had sold them their home. Chills went up my spine when I realized that was the same agent I’d referred Jim and Nancy to .. thereby connecting back with Andrea and Michael … who’s Thousand Oaks home Jim and Nancy bought years later!
