We specialize in helping nice folks buy and sell wonderful homes in Berkeley and nearby communities. We sell homes in neighborhoods we'e want to live in ourselves.

If we can't help you personally, or don't feel comfortable with how we work, we'll happily refer you to another agent who will take excellent care of you.

He said, in one of the Dirty Harry movies, "A man has to know his limitations" And we know ours... we specialize in helping nice folks buy and sell single family homes. Should you want to buy a home outside of our market area, If you're interested in rental or commercial property, we'll refer you to the appropriate specialist.
